Add extra pages

Add one or several pages (cover or blank page) in PDF format at the beginning, the end, or after any given page of a document. These pages may contain the properties of the document, or variables such as the total number of pages, the current page or the paragraph title.


Add PDF layers

This function enables layers to be overwritten in the document. This allows, for example, a header, footer or image - such as a company logo - to be added. These layers may be applied to the whole document or to only one part of it.


Add watermarks

Add dynamic pages
screen-c2 This function enables dynamically constructed pages, such as signature page, to be gradually added  over the course of a document's life cycle.  Created in XML format, the dynamic management of tables is made easier.

These different pages are concatenates according to the carried out configurations, from the original document to its visualization, its imprint or its export.

 

 

PDF Control

C2 enables the use of PDF documents to be made secure and to control their distribution outside the document database. It prevents documents from being sent out unchecked, by saving copies or print-outs.

You can also:

  • Intercept viewing, exporting and printing in order to only provide the secure PDF version of the document.
  • Control your printing, with the increment of print counters.
  • Print your document with the note “Printed for <person's name>”.
  • Control security settings of the PDF file, such as the password to open the file, encryption, deletion of save and/or print functions, etc.
