Compatible with D2 and Documentum, C2 is a  plug in. It represents a fundamental product assuring security and control of all your documents during their life cycle.It allows management of stamping by addition of supplemental information as well as the management of the security settings.

  • Dynamic view configuration
  • Dynamic print configuration
  • Dynamic export configuration
  • Static conversion configuration

Use of C2 it is :

  • Improve and flesh out your PDF documents with layers, watermarks, table of content or added pages (covers, historic, e-signatures, etc.).
  • Control document flow and diffusion of the documentary base.


Static mode configures actions which are not to be changed (such as adding a logo or a cover), so that they are only carried out once, during the first action on the document. The result of this edit can either overwrite the rendition or be stored as a new rendition. Creating a new rendition allows the original one to be kept and used or published later without further editing.

These configurations are applied to documents depending on their belonging to a set of documents or the user belonging to a group. This architecture allows appropriate changes or security checks to be applied, throughout a document's life cycle.
